Answer:- It should be noted that both taking interest (usury) and giving interest (usury) are forbidden from the clear wordings of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the Hadith, those who make usury transactions are cursed. Borrowing from conventional banks is based on interest (usury). Borrowing at interest is not permissible.
