فَسـئَلُوا اَهلَ الذِّكرِ اِن كُنتُم لَا تَعلَمُونَ‏

So, ask the people (having the knowledge) of the Reminder (the earlier Scriptures), if you do not know.

Joining Witr Prayers after First Rakat
Question:- During Taraweeh Prayers, I went to perform ablution.
Answer:- You will pray the Qunoot Dua with the prayer leader in his third Rakat. You will not pray the Qunoot Dua in your own leftover rakat as the leftover rakat will be your first rakat with respect to Recitation, which you had earlier missed.
